For Members that have received an expiration email. We can confirm the expiration emails are legitimate as you have a MyIDCare enrolled membership that is ending after 10 years of coverage. The MyIDCare coverage was provided following the 2015 OPM cybersecurity incidents and were provided in accordance with the Consolidated Appropriations Act for a period of 10 years. Members will be expiring over the course of FY2026 as the 10 years from date of enrollment comes to an end.
